To any and all men, women and those “acting” in a fictional capacity (Peace Officers / Public Servants / Kings / Queens) I, Shawn-Alan of the Cassista family, do hereby declare my good intentions and jurisdiction in this Public Notice as a peaceful man and ending all contracts [excluding the Birth Certificate and the few I have consented to inwriting] with government agencies and financial institutes [which can only exist by my consent and can be lawfully revoked at any time based on the principles of law].

I am making the following Claim of Rights based on God’s Law – which is The Common Law and the Laws of Nature. There is but One Law and it is unchangeable. Thee Law is based on the principles of law which have been established over many centuries and can not be denied by any man or by any fictional entity such as government.

Part 1 is for educational purposes. It lays out the facts and law regarding my Claim of Right. It represents the foundation of law and the education all mankind should have pursued so that no one can claim ignorance of this law. With this Public Notice, no man can claim ignorance.

Part 2 is my Claim of Right and my Declaration.

Part 3 is my Fee Schedule and the contract agreement to be applied against any party who infringes upon my God given inalienable rights. This means that you agree to the remedy I seek in the event that you have wasted the "precious" lost time that I will never get back. THINK before you act!

PART 1

Documents such as the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the Canadian Bill of Rights supports these already established facts and law:

“Whereas Canada was founded upon principles that recognize the supremacy of God and the rule of law…”

“The Parliament of Canada, affirming that the Canadian Nation is founded upon principles that acknowledge the supremacy of God, the dignity and worth of the human person and the position of the family in a society of free men and free institutions…”

It is the "principles" - the "supremacy of God" - and the "rule of law" that is focused upon here in Part 1.

1) We have inalienable rights given to us by God [naturally].
2) All men are created equal [naturally].
3) All men and women who have sworn an oath of office are Peace Officers / Public Servants. They are personifying fictional persons (like actors in a play) such as a judge or policeman (policy enforcement officer) [unnaturally]. First and foremost their duty is to serve, protect and maintain the freedoms of the people they serve. Secondly, their job (not duty) is to enforce corporate policy to those who consent to them.
4) Government created fictional persons (person is also defined in both english and law dictionaries as: corporations/ artificial persons) that have the capacity for rights and duties [unnaturally]. This fictitious person begins with the Birth Certificate, which is a financial instrument and a bond. It is a bond to another fictional person – a country and/or province (corporations) in which it was created. Does a fiction have authority over its own fictional creation? Yes. Does a fiction have authority over man? No.
5) There is a supreme Law over all others – God’s Law supreme over man’s laws. God’s Law is man’s inherent Common Law and applies to man and the Laws of Nature.
6) Man’s laws are legislated laws brought in by elected servants without the consent of the people they serve – these laws have no force and effect unless we agree to them [contract] either by our act or by our silence [I remain silent no more!]. Man’s laws apply to artificial persons and not man unless he/she so chooses.
7) Legal Maxims are the principles of Law and are supreme at the highest levels of the justice system. They are recognized by the Supreme Court of Canada.

I make my Claim of Right based on the fundamental principles of law (Maxims in Law) that are the foundation for the God given freedoms that are under constant attack. Quotes, definitions in law and Maxims in Law that protect the commoner’s freedom and reinforces the above:

principle defined as: A fundamental, well-settled Rule of Law. A basic truth or undisputed legal doctrine; a given legal proposition that is clear and does not need to be proved.

A principle provides a foundation for the development of other laws and regulations.

Legal Maxims are principle sayings and in Common Law dictionaries they are followed by their historic Latin counterparts.

“Multiplicity and indistinctness produce confusion; and questions, the more simple they are, the more lucid.” (Multiplex et indistinctum parit confusionem; et quaestiones, quo simpliciores, eo lucidiores. ~ Black’s Law Dictionary Revised 4th Edition).

PRINCIPLES

“Principles prove, they are not proved.” (Principia probant, non probantur. ~ Black’s Law Dictionary 7th Edition).
“There is no reasoning of principles.” (Principiorum non est ratio ~ Black’s Law Dictionary 7th Edition).
“There is no disputing against one who denies first principles.” (Non est disputandum contra principia negantem. ~ Black’s Law Dictionary 7th Edition).

It's the Golden Rule (One Law): “Don’t do unto others what you don’t want done unto you.” It is the ultimate norm of high morality in our culture. Sure there are other morals by which we live, but this one phrase embodies our most cherished value: that we should treat people as we would like to be treated.

ONE LAW

“Use your own property and your own rights in such a way that you will not hurt your neighbor, or prevent him from enjoying his. Frequently written, “Sic utere tuo,” etc.” (Ita utere tuo ut alienum non laedas. ~ Black’s Law Dictionary Revised 4th Edition).

ALL EQUAL

“All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights.” ~ United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948).

FREEDOM

INALIENABLE RIGHT A right that cannot be transferred or surrendered; esp., a natural right such as the right to own property. ~ Also termed inherent right. (Black’s Law Dictionary, 7th Edition).

FREE Not subject to legal constraint of another. Unconstrained: having power to follow the dictates of his own will. Not subject to the dominion of another. Not compelled to involuntary servitude. Use in this sense as opposed to “slave”. (Black’s Law Dictionary Revised 4th Edition).

SLAVERY The condition of a slave; that civil relation in which one man has absolute power over the life, fortune, and liberty of another. (Black’s Law Dictionary Revised 4th Edition).

FREE ONESELF

CONTRACT LAW

CONTRACTING

PRIVITY of CONTRACT

PERSON Defined

In law, an individual or incorporated group having certain legal rights and responsibilities. This has been held to include foreign and domestic corporations. Compare artificial person; natural person. (Canadian Law Dictionary, Barron’s 5th Edition).

“Persons are of two kinds, natural and artificial. A natural person is a human being. Artificial persons include a collection or succession of natural persons forming a corporation; a collection of property to which the law attributes the capacity of having rights and duties. The latter class of artificial persons is recognized only to a limited extent in our law.” (Black’s Law Dictionary Revised 4th Edition).

“Every person is a human being, but not every human being a person.” (Omnis persona est homo, sed non vieissim. ~ Black’s Law Dictionary 7th Edition).

INDIVIDUAL “Under the Canadian Bill of Rights, the right of the individual extends to natural persons only, and not to corporations. R. v. Colgate-Palmolive Ltd. (1972), 8 C.C.C. (2d) 40 (Ont.Co.Ct.)…”.

NATURAL PERSON “A natural person is a human being that has the capacity for rights and duties.” (Canadian Law Dictionary Barron’s Fifth Edition).

TACIT CONSENT

“He who does not deny, admits.” (Qui non negat fatetur. ~ Black’s Law Dictionary Revised 4th Edition).
“An error which is not resisted or opposed is approved.” (Error qui non resistitur approbatur ~ Black’s Law Dictionary Revised 4th Edition).

NO INJURY

“An act of law does injury to no man.”

PART 2

Declaration of Dominion

I AM, a man created by God in his image and given by God, Dominion over the Earth and every living thing that moveth upon the Earth. The Bible, King James Version; Genesis 1:26-28

Whereas it is my understanding that according to the Constitution Act of 1982, Part 1, Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms reads: “Whereas Canada is founded upon principles that recognize the Supremacy of God and the rule of law” and;

Whereas it is my understanding that all Rights come from God and are inalienable, which means that they cannot be taken away and;

Whereas it is my understanding that those who violate God-given Rights must believe themselves superior to God or they must believe that God does not exist and;

Whereas it is my understanding that there are inalienable rights given by God - Life, Liberty and Property and;

Whereas it is my understanding that the possession of these basic Rights are all necessary for the Pursuit of Happiness, violation of any one of the three by government is tyranny and;

Whereas it is my understanding that attached to an essential part of God-given Rights is the sacred duty to protect and defend those Rights with whatever means necessary and;

Whereas it is my understanding that in Canada’s Interpretation Act, section 35 (1) “person”, or any word or expression descriptive of a person, includes a corporation; “includes” means: “confines within” and;

Whereas it is my understanding that the Legal Maxim, Inclusio unius est exclusio alterius - The inclusion of one is the exclusion of another and;

Whereas it is my understanding that The Common Law has only One Law based on numerous Legal Maxims such as “Use your own property and your own rights in such a way that you will not hurt your neighbor, or prevent him from enjoying his. Frequently written, “Sic utere tuo,” etc.” (Ita utere tuo ut alienum non laedas) and the Golden Rule “Don’t do unto others what you don’t want done unto you” relates to this One Law and;

Whereas it is my understanding equality before the law is paramount and mandatory and;

Whereas it is my understanding that all governments are incompetent for the fact that they are all represented by legal counsel and;

Whereas it is my understanding a statute is defined as a legislated rule of society which has been given the force of law and;

Whereas it is my understanding a society is defined as a number of people joined by mutual consent to deliberate, determine and act for a common goal and;

Whereas it is my understanding that for something to exist legally it must have a name and;

Whereas it is my understanding the only form of government recognized as lawful in Canada is a representative one and;

Whereas it is my understanding representation requires mutual consent and;

Whereas it is my understanding that in the absence of mutual consent neither representation nor governance can exist and;

Whereas it is my understanding a Statute is defined as a rule of a corporation and;

Whereas it is my understanding rules of a corporation are limited in applicability to those who are agents or employees of said corporation and;

Whereas it is my understanding those who have been issued a Social Insurance Number are in fact employees of the government and thus are bound by statutes created by the said de facto government and;

Whereas it is my understanding that it is lawful to abandon one’s Social Insurance Number while at the same time not affecting the right to any pension claim based on Social Insurance Contributions previously paid and;

Whereas it is my understanding people in Canada have a right to revoke or deny consent to be represented and thus governed and;

Whereas it is my understanding if anyone does revoke or deny consent they exist free of de facto government control and statutory restraints and;

Whereas it is my understanding that a Declaration of Dominion establishes a lawful excuse and;

Whereas it is my understanding that if Man has Dominion over the Earth, Man may choose not to obey a court, tribunal, statute, act, order or by-law and;

Whereas it is my understanding that a woman acting as Elizabeth Alexandra Mary Windsor did take the throne of England on the Second day of June, Nineteen Hundred and Fifty Three and;

Whereas it is my understanding that during a Coronation ceremony said woman acting as Elizabeth-Alexandra-Mary: Windsor was asked by a man acting in the role of the then Archbishop of Canterbury "Will you solemnly promise and swear to govern the Peoples of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand to any of them belonging or pertaining, according to their respective laws and customs?" and she responded "I solemnly promise to do so" and;

Whereas it is my understanding that this ceremony did install said woman as Queen of United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and;

Whereas it is my understanding that on the Nineteenth Day of June Eighteen Hundred and Ninety Three, Queen Victoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland and the British Empire, through the Imperial Parliament, created the Statutes Revision Act, did repeal Section Two of the British North America (BNA) Act AKA the Constitution Act of 1867 and;

Whereas Section Two reads “the provisions of this Act referring to Her majesty the Queen extends also to the heirs and successors of Her Majesty, Kings and Queens of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland” and;

Whereas it is my understanding that by having repealed Section Two of the BNA Act of 1867, Queen Elizabeth II has no standing in Law or authority in Canada and;

Whereas it is my understanding that anyone who participates in allowing or by culpable neglect enabling my Country to be governed in any way by any foreign power is an overt act of treason and;

Whereas it is my understanding, therefore, that by Queen Victoria signing the Statutes Revisions Act of 1893 and removing the Monarch of the Realm by the repeal of section two of the BNA Act of 1867 that the Governor General of Canada and the Government of Canada and the Courts of Canada are in fact, de facto (Unlawful) and;

Whereas it is my understanding that agreements made on behalf of Canada by the de facto Government of Canada do not bind the people of Canada and;

Whereas it is my understanding that under the Criminal Code of Canada Section 1, Article 15, it says “No person shall be convicted of an offence in respect of an act or omission in obedience to the laws for the time being made and enforced by persons in de facto possession of the sovereign power in and over the place where the act or omission occurs” and;

Whereas I do firmly and truly believe the Constitution Act 1982, North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and North American Union/Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (NAU/SPP) agreements are overt acts of treason and;

Whereas I honourably refuse to be bound by agreements made by traitors such as Pierre E. Trudeau, Brian Mulroney and Steven Harper et al and;

Whereas it is my understanding that any peace officer who co-operates with foreign armed troops to govern or regulate the population is also committing treason and;

Whereas it is my understanding that historically the purpose of a national armed force was to ensure that foreign powers never invaded and governed under a gun and;

Whereas it is my understanding that the existence of armed foreign troops patrolling and policing our streets would be evidence of a war fought unsuccessfully and;

Whereas it is my understanding that agreeing or conspiring to agree to allow armed foreign troops to patrol and police our streets is an act of treason and;

Whereas as a Man created by God in his image and given by God, Dominion over the Earth and every living thing that moveth upon the Earth, has fully revoked consent and does exist free of statutory restrictions, obligations, and limitations and;

Whereas I am a Man created by God in his image and given by God, Dominion over the Earth and every living thing that moveth upon the Earth and;

Whereas I can choose to live within a society and also choose the jurisdiction of Law I wish to follow and;

Therefore my choice of jurisdiction is that of The Common Law and within this jurisdiction I will be recognized only as a Man and;

Whereas it is my understanding that acting peacefully within community standards does not breach the peace and;

Whereas it is my understanding that any action for which one can apply for and receive a licence must itself be fundamentally a lawful action and;

Whereas as I am not a child and I am a Man who operates with full responsibility and I do not see the need to ask permission to engage in lawful and peaceful activities, especially from those who claim limited liability and;

Whereas it is my understanding a by-law is defined as a rule of a corporation and;

Whereas it is my understanding corporations are legal fictions and require contracts in order to claim authority or control over other parties and;

Whereas it is my understanding that legal fictions are a creation of Man’s imagination and cannot exert any control over a Man created by God in God’s image and operate with respect to that knowledge as only a fool would allow another Man’s imaginings to dictate one’s own actions and;

Whereas it is my understanding that CANADA is a corporation in Chapter 11 bankruptcy and thus still allowed to trade and;

Whereas it is my understanding that by virtue of my birth within the lines upon a map of the Country Canada I am a Certificate holder in said CANADA CORPORATION and;

Whereas it is my understanding that I can use a Notary Public to perform duties found under any Act including thus they have the power to hold court and hear evidence and issue binding lawful judgments and;

Whereas it is my understanding that a Notary Public can also be used to bring criminal charges to bear against traitors, even if they hold the highest office and;

Whereas it is my understanding that I have a right to use my property without having to pay for the use or enjoyment of it and;

Whereas it is my understanding that a summons is merely an invitation to attend and those issued by the Ministry of Justice or its franchises which are de facto corporations create no obligation or dishonour if ignored and;

Whereas it is my understanding peace officers have a duty to distinguish between statutes and law and those who attempt to enforce statutes against a Man are in fact breaking the law and;

Whereas it is my understanding that I have the power to refuse intercourse or interaction with peace officers who have not observed me breach the peace and;

Whereas it is my understanding that permanent estoppels by acquiescence barring any peace officer or prosecutor from bringing charges against a Man under any Act is created if this claim is not responded to in the stated fashion and time and;

Whereas it is my understanding that the God given inalienable right to travel, on the highways without license provided one is not engaging in commerce thereupon is lawful and still exists although it does appear to have been deceptively hidden and;

Whereas the various Motor Vehicle Acts in Canada do make it possible for peace officers in the role of policy enforcement officers to stop an automobile in order to provide services and demand something of value and;

Whereas it is my understanding that if they are not providing a service they have no reason to stop any one and if proof of registration, insurance and licence is not valuable they have no need to ask for it and;

Whereas it is my understanding that I have the right to refuse to interact or co-operate with criminals, de facto government agents or grossly negligent peace officers and;

Whereas it is my understanding that if I have the power to elect a representative and empower them to appoint peace officers then I also have the power to appoint directly and;

Whereas it is my understanding that if I have the power to appoint directly or by proxy I must have the power to fulfill those duties myself and;

Whereas it is my understanding that the Canadian Police Forces (RCMP, et al) although having illustrious histories have had members recently acting in grossly criminal manners which does tarnish the previous histories and records and;

Whereas it is my understanding that the Law provides remedy at all times, even against rogue or negligent peace officers and de facto governments apparently hijacked by soulless corporate interests and;

Whereas it is my understanding that the act of registering the birth of a baby creates a fictional entity called a PERSON that exists in association with that baby and that the manner in which offspring are registered transfers superior guardianship rights over that offspring to the government and;

Whereas it is my understanding that this creation of a PERSON and transfer of authority is not fully disclosed to the parents, and if it was all good parents would refuse to register their offspring and;

Whereas it is my understanding that the PERSON and the Man or Woman to which it is associated are two very separate and different things and that the people playing roles (acting) in government only have the right to act upon the PERSON and;

Whereas it is my understanding that if I do not exist in association with a PERSON, I cannot be legally governed by the people playing roles in government and;

Whereas it is my understanding that I am not obliged to obey the orders of anyone claiming to be a Queen or King or those acting on behalf of such an insane entity, as anyone who does make preposterous claims that abandon and erode the concept of equality has no authority over me and;

Whereas it is my understanding that the people in the government are merely playing roles and;

Whereas I AM NOT PLAYING and;

Therefore be it now known to any and all interested, concerned or affected parties, that I AM a Man created by God in his image and given by God, Dominion over the Earth and every living thing that moveth upon the Earth and do hereby serve notice and state clearly, specifically and unequivocally my intent to peacefully and lawfully exist free of all statutory obligations, restrictions and that I maintain all rights at law to trade, exchange or barter and exist without deceptive governance and to do so without limitations, restrictions or regulations created by others and without my consent.

Furthermore, I claim that these actions are not outside my communities’ standards and will in fact support said community in our desire for truth and maximum freedom.

Furthermore, I claim the right to engage in these actions.

Furthermore, I claim ownership of the All Caps Fiction PERSON SHAWN ALAN CASSISTA and all variations of same and further claim it as a trademark (TM) due to my continuous use and further I set out a Fee Schedule for trademark infringements to be fifty thousand dollars of gold for any and all unauthorized use of my trademark SHAWN ALAN CASSISTA by any Corporation, de facto Governance including but not limited to the Canadian Federal government, Provincial/State, Municipal, City or any agencies or agents of including any and all policy enforcement officers, and all corporate entities without my expressed written and verified consent.

Furthermore, I claim that anyone who interferes with my lawful activities after having been served notice of this declaration and who fails to properly dispute or make lawful counterclaim is breaking the law, cannot claim good faith or colour of right and that such transgressions will be dealt with in a properly convened court de jure.

Furthermore, I claim it is my right and solemn duty not only to keep the peace myself but also to intervene wherever may be necessary to ensure that the peace is kept in a situation where peace officers are not present or are unwilling for whatever reason to uphold their sworn and solemn duty so to do.

Furthermore, I claim that the identity of My Self is forever possible to establish correctly by my Presence as a living, breathing Man created by God in his image, as may be necessary sworn attestations from friends, family, and other associates.

Furthermore I claim that this supersedes any necessity to obtain or carry any form of external token such as an Identity Card for any lawful purpose of establishing my true identity for the simple reason that no such token can ever represent the sovereign Man which I AM.

Furthermore, I claim that the courts in Canada are de-facto and bound by the Law and Equity Acts and are in fact in the profitable business of conducting, witnessing and facilitating the transactions of security interests and I further claim they require the consent of both parties prior to providing any such services.

Furthermore, I claim all transactions of security interests require the consent of both parties and I do hereby deny consent to any transaction of a security interest issuing under any Act for as herein stated as a Man, I am not subject to any Act.

Furthermore, I claim my FEE SCHEDULE for any transgressions by peace officers, government principals or agents or justice system participants or any and all Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) employees is TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS OF GOLD PER HOUR or portion thereof if being questioned, interrogated or in any way detained, harassed or otherwise regulated and FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS OF GOLD PER HOUR or portion thereof if I am handcuffed, transported, incarcerated or subjected to any adjudication process, and FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS OF GOLD PER INDIVIDUAL reasonably involved if I am ever forced to suffer the effects of what has come to be known as non-lethal weapon such as a Taser, without my expressed written and Notarized consent.

Furthermore I claim the right to be entirely free to determine my own medication needs at all times and never under any circumstances be forced to ingest or otherwise receive into my body by way of vaccination, electro-magnetic energy, IV injection or any other method any substance I choose not to accept.

Furthermore, I therefore claim my FEE SCHEDULE for any transgressions by peace officers, government principles, agents of the justice system, agents of the medical professions, or anyone else, in the event I am forced to undergo any such ingestion forced on me is FIVE MILLION DOLLARS OF GOLD PER INDIVIDUAL reasonably involved, without my expressed written and Notarized consent.

Furthermore, I claim the right to use a Notary Public to secure payment of the aforementioned FEE SCHEDULE against any transgressors who by their actions or omissions harm me or my interests, directly or by proxy in any way.

Furthermore, I claim the right to convene a proper court de jure in order to address any potentially criminal actions of any peace officers, government principals or agents or justice system participants who having been served notice of this claim and fail to dispute or discuss or make lawful counterclaim and then interfere by act or omission with the lawful exercise of properly claimed and established rights and freedoms.

Furthermore, I claim the right to fulfill my duty to arrest any foreign troops in Canada who are armed and attempting to police or govern me or my fellow countrymen without consent and to view them as an invading force which must be lawfully attacked. And I further claim the right to nominate as many deputies as may be necessary who by their own free will and consent are prepared to assist me in fulfillment of this duty to my Country.

Furthermore, I claim the law of agent and principal applies and that service upon one is service upon both.

Furthermore, I claim the right to deal with any counterclaims or disputes publicly and in an open forum using discussion and negotiation and to capture on videotape said discussion and negotiation for whatever lawful purpose as I see fit.

Any parties wishing to dispute the claims made herein or make their own counterclaims must respond appropriately within NINETY (90) days of this Public Notice. Responses must be delivered via email to scassista@acn.net with full disclosure of the living breathing man or woman making the challenge and doing so under full commercial liability and who is willing to conduct the challenge in a public venue while being viedo recorded.

Failure to register a dispute against the claims made herein and then successfully defeating these claims first in a public recording and then in a proper court of law will result in an automatic default judgment securing forevermore all rights herein claimed and establishing permanent and irrevocable estoppels by acquiescence barring the bringing of charges under any Statute or Act or Regulation against my self the free will sovereign man commonly known as Cy, aka Shawn-Alan of the Cassista family, exercising these lawful and properly established rights, freedoms and duties.

This fee schedule is your NOTICE of the applicable FEES and COSTS Shawn-Alan: Cassista charges for his time for protection or defending of his lawful property or rights and interests therein, all lawful freedoms and rights in general when he is engaged in any type or otherwise regarding any matter, and for full and timely payment of any and all tort damage.

You the living individual, CORPORATION, employees and/or representatives of, such as Law Firm, person, natural person, Agent or otherwise, agree to the terms and conditions of this FEE SCHEDULE, and each individually and/or collectively accept full responsibility and liability for the charges/fees, described herein in the event you choose to involve and or engage the private party Shawn-Alan: Cassista claimant in any matter, tort damage, by default, mistake or otherwise.

Nothing in this Notice or any other agreement/contract, Notice, Fee Schedule, confers or purports to confer on any Third party, any Benefit or any Right to enforce any term(s) of this or any agreement / contract.

Fees/charges for service/costs incurred.

Hourly rate for time, labour, effort(s)	$200.00 per hour paid in gold
Filing of court claims, defense or other documents	$100.00 paid in gold or silver
Time in court of any kind or jurisdiction	$300.00 paid in gold or silver
Educational Services	$750.00 paid in gold or silver
Travel time and mileage in any matter	$200.00 per hour/$1.00 per mile paid in gold or silver
Receiving unsolicited/unwanted phone calls	$50.00 per call paid in gold or silver
Injuries	$500,000 plus paid in gold or silver

All fee amounts in gold and silver are equivalent to Canadian dollars. All fees and charges are to be tripled in the event of claimant involvement in any frivolous, vexatious, malicious, unfounded prosecutions or litigation proceedings.

Payment in full is due no later than ten (15) days of receipt of Invoice. Payment must be made payable to SHAWN ALAN CASSISTA. Interest is calculated at 3 percent per month, compounded on all over due accounts.

Other miscellaneous charges may apply, Postage, obtaining Dis-honor non Acceptance Notarial Protests and Certificates, Injunctions, Judgments, Certified mail, air travel, meals, insurance, vehicle rentals, accommodations, collection fees, Bailiff, Lien/Security Interest, Registration fees, legal fees, and other costs incurred, will be billed at cost plus one hundred (100) percent.
